The jacuzzi was hot which was felt so good and give that guy who turned on the bubbles a raise he was very friendly and kind best person ever

Everything was perfect but orange juice tasted a little sour and so as the yogurt

Misleading listing, dirty pool, arrogant staff — avoid! I stayed here for 7 nights and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. I'm sharing this so other travellers don't make the same mistake. Misleading listing: The room was advertised as a "Double Room" which in the UK means two separate rooms. The wording is confusing and misleading for international guests. Dirty pool: The pool was visibly dirty for the entire 7 days of our stay. We never once saw anyone cleaning it. We had specifically booked this hotel because of the pool and never used it due to the health risk. I have photos to prove this. Housekeeping: We were told housekeeping only comes every 4 nights. In 7 days we had ONE room clean. Towels were never replaced and became unhygienic. We asked twice for shampoo and shower gel to be refilled — it was never done. WiFi: The internet was so slow it couldn't even load WhatsApp messages, despite being advertised as a hotel amenity. Staff: When we raised our concerns, staff were rude and dismissive. There was no willingness to help or resolve any issues. This is not a 3-star hotel by any standard — it is below motel quality. I would not recommend it to anyone.
