The room was spacious

There was old blood stains on our toilet. I told the front desk about it. There was also hair when unfolding the towels to shower and also on the toilet seat next to the dried blood stains. I sent the photos to the email of best western when I went to talk to front desk

Location was good close to fwy

First cleaning the room better found other guest underwear in the couch and under it. They could cleaning the room everyday unless the guest says otherwise and not waiting 4 days after you check in to clean and up and bring clean towels. For the 11 days I was there had to go buy towels and toilet papers and trash bags to take out our own trash.
