Das Zimmer (306) war geräumig und sauber. Schöne Aussicht auf das Regierungsgebäude. Sehr freundliches Personal, v. a. auch im Restaurant beim Frühstück.

Geräusche in der Wasserleitung um 6 a.m. etwas lästig. Straßenlärm am Morgen mitunter auch etwas lästig. Während der Nacht kein Problem.

"Tolles Hotel zum entspannen"

Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Zuvorkommendes Personal. Schöne und helle Zimmer mit Ausstattung die nichts zu wünschen übrig lässt. Sehr gutes Restaurant im Haus.

"Lovely Hotel and great location"

The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The service was good and prompt with little touches like ice delivery. Nice to have the coffee/tea station in reception as well as in our room. Front desk and porters helpful. Location was great. Easy walk to centre of town and bonus to be next to 10 Acres Bistro which is excellent.

I had trouble getting preauthorisation released after checkout and had to wait 2 weeks to get cleared off my card. I escalated this and management stepped in and were quick to email me and kept in contact fully until sorted. Everything else was great and would stay next time I'm in Victoria for all the reasons listed in :)

Location was great so close to downtown, the staff were very attentive and made you feel very welcomed, room was very well equipped,clean and comfortable

Das Frühstück wurde von uns nicht in Anspruch genommen. Das Hotel ist von a—z eine Top Empfehlung. Valet Service fürs Auto Tolle Zimmer Super Lage Die Stadt— in einem Tag hat man alles durch, sehr nett und übersichtlich
