Most comfortable bed, cotton bedding with cotton sheets, blackout blinds very quiet room with very minimal electronics putting out light.

Nothing this was an amazing stay

This hotel is in the perfect location and walkable to everything in the downtown area. I also enjoy the top notch service from all the staff and the Courtney Room for meals. I would highly recommend this boutique hotel. One of the nicest in Victoria.

This was my first time staying at this hotel (March 31, April 1, 2026), and also my parents' first time. Absolutely amazing service, amenities, and environment. All the small touches (such as fresh drinks in the lobby, the Nespresso in the rooms as well as the lobby), and all the large touches (we all had gas fireplaces), made this stay very memorable. It was my mom's 80th birthday, and the hotel/staff ensured we were valued. We also loved the breakfast at The Courtney Room (part of the hotel). My dad is usually very picky and doesn't like anything, but even he remarked it was some of the best waffles he's ever had !! Thank you so much to our hostess Ali for treating us with friendly exceptional personal service both mornings. We were also at the hotel with my sister and her husband, who have stayed here several times (it's actually their favorite hotel in Victoria). Bill Lewis (General Manager) communicated so thoroughly with my sister to ensure that our 3 rooms were exactly what we needed and more, thank you so so much. Any time I'm in Victoria, I will definitely stay here. Very close to the harbor, and it's in Victoria downtown, so it's extremely walkable, including to the iconic Chinatown. Rooms were elegant, clean, perfect touches like filtered water in glass jars, Nespresso in rooms, motion-activated bathroom lighting, clean comfortable beds, and more. Extremely walkable (minutes walking to harbor, iconic Chinatown, many restaurants of all types of food). All amenities were great including filtered water in re-usable glass jars, bathroom amenities (including L'Occitane wipes), full strong umbrella, Nespresso, more). Thank you very much!

Water in bathroom, can not drain water. not good. please service urgent.

A great hotel, conveniently located near the water. A short walk to great coffee, drinks and a variety of foods. The room was excellent, so quiet. The bed was so comfortable we didn't want to leave. We'll be back for sure.

Really great room, Dyson hairdryer, steam machine, water without plastic. Quiet and comfortable. I would stay again. Apples in lobby, really close to everything, organic good food across the street on corner. L’octane hair and bath products in room.
