Nothing was unique

My wife and I spent one night here on a recent trip to Montana. The room was clean and a little above average in size. The bathroom was outdated but everything worked well. Breakfast is ordered off the menu. The food was good and the waitresses were friendly. The location is ideal as you can walk to a lot of restaurants and tourist sights in Helena. Parking is available across the street. We were glad we stayed here and would be happy to return.

Restroom shower curtain smelled musty. Pool area closed and no valet and parking lot was closed.

This was our first time to stay at the Double Tree and we were so glad he did. They have a military discount which helps in the cost of staying here. Which we did appreciate, along with a discount at the breakfast. The breakfast was very delicious with lots of choices. It is operated not as a buffet but has lots of meal options to choose from. The selections we had were all great with lots of food to fill us for the day. Hotel was very clean and we had no complaints with our stay. Will be back when in the area next time. New favorite for us.

What a phenomenal place! The staff were so kind and courteous. Traveling by myself can be a bit lonely at times but I felt right at home. I appreciate all the effort they take for their guests and I highly recommend you come experience it yourself!

The old-fashioned alarm clock went off at 5:30 in the morning! I think this should be a routine check performed by the staff or housekeeping or something to ensure that the alarm clock does not go off I would have given this property a higher rating, but it is absolutely terrible to have to wake up to somebody else’s alarm.

friendly staff but not particularly efficient. I tried to extend my stay but they said this could only be done via Booking.com as this was where my booking was held…whilst Booking.com stated this could only be done at the Hotel ! in-room wifi did not work, reception/lobby wifi was erratic… building is pretty drab…

The property is located directly on Last Chance Gulch which is a fun place to explore while in Helena. The staff were quite friendly. The biggest drawbacks would be the breakfast option at the hotel, which is expensive, and the rooms are a bit dated.
