Location good. Car parking poor location should be a deal with the car park right behind the hotel not across a busy road to the one they use. Doesn’t make any sense when there is a car park right behind the hotel

Stayed Malmaison Belfast was met at reception by Laura great welcome and checked us in, so professional and a lovely friendly welcome. Went to the bar for drinks Was served by Ellie and Shelby looked after us so well service was fabulous and drinks were flowing . Went to breakfast next morning and our server was William great character and looked after our every need the team at the Malmaison are magic nothing too much trouble , thank you

Stayed at the Malmaison Belfast for a hen do weekend and honestly had such a lovely experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish, and in a great location for exploring Belfast nightlife and restaurants. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfect for our group stay. A special mention has to go to William in the dining room, who was absolutely fantastic throughout our stay. He was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived for breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble, and his warm personality really stood out and added to the whole experience. Would definitely recommend for a girls’ weekend or hen do or couples - we had the best time!
