The location was convenient and the outside is nice

The room decor was extremely poor and borderline weird, terrible value for money and reminded me of a teenagers bedroom. Moreover the room was small and small details like gunk along the bath/shower and dust in the corners made it worse.

Visited Malmaison for a birthday meal for my wife. Food was excellent! Spicy corn ribs & Sourdough bread for starter Fillet steak & New York strip that melted in your mouth Dark chocolate cake and sticky toffee pudding for dessert. Not a spec of food was left. Bramble cocktail was delicious and the complimentary birthday plate was a touch of class. The general manager serviced us the entire evening. Incredible service and attention to detail. Bar area was beautifully presented with a great ambience. Will certainly be back again.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The food was great. Location was perfect.

The room was super hot even with a fan going. The hallways were dark. Found a false eyelash in the bathroom. Pillows were covered in a plastic case under the pillow case. The breakfast although great was a little on the expensive side. They advertise parking but it is in a parking garage about 5 mins away and they offered a discount.
