Clean, comfy hotel and staff very friendly, the reason I returned

Was very disappointed with the breakfast - very expensive for some cereal and small muffins with small piece of salmon and egg.

My wife and I attended the Russell Watson show in the Opera House and made our way to Laganside to get our bus and as we were early decided to call in here for drink.I ordered a Vodka and diet coke and a Baileys with ice and when I offered payment by cash I was told that they do not accept cash.We had no alternative but to decline the drink and left.I then called into the main reception and asked the 2 males on duty if the Hotel was Card Payment establishment however one of them indicated that there are some areas where cash is accepted and asked if he could help. When I explained what had just happened in the bar he confirmed that it is Card only.I then asked which part of the Hotel accepts cash which replied that we are pretty much a Card only establishment. So I asked him why did he say something different when I spoke to him initially and I just got a dismissive stare from both males.
