Hacienda Temozon Sur

Wonderful experience! Loved the tour of the property and the short bike tour to a private cenote. Food was excellent. Very clean rooms. Really felt like I went back in time. Kind and friendly staff.

Prime Resort in an original Mexican Hacienda built originally about 400 years ago. The place was used to produce Sisal fibres of plants. The old machinery, including a steam engine, are still there to be seen during some free tours. Hotel rooms are first class, very high rooms, incredible spacy with warm interior out of an expensive country style design catalogue. Worth a longer stroll is the extensive garden around the property and the pool/SPA area which offers good views to the Hacienda’s buildings and the old Sisal production machines. The true burner, however, is the Restaurant which offers a good selection of local foods as good as it is only availabe in CDMX best restaurants. Also very positive are the motivated people working there.

This is one of the best hotels i have stayed. The upgraded room’was fabulous Calming, available bird watching tours on premises, private cenote where guests can swim privately, haciéda tours, the spa services are amazing; i recommend you try the « ritual » The staff is kind, knowledgeable and diligent I loved this place!!🌻🌻

Me encantó la propiedad, el servicio impecable! Nuestro único inconveniente fue que hubo ruido en la noche por una fiesta en el pueblo.

We spent an amazing four days at the Hacienda. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for something off the beaten path. It’s a very unique and historic location. There is a small cenote on site that you can’t swim in and a slightly larger cenote a 30 minute walk away. Unfortunately we couldn’t get our spa/ bath to fill up. Overall great trip.

Its suppoused to be a pet friendly hotel, nevertheless you cannot access the only restaurant they have with your pet so it is not that much, where are you suppoused to leave your dog while you eat, there is no other option around. The people is extremely friendly and helpful except for Eder from the front desk whos only answer for any request is always "not possible or not available, whether is breaking a bill or asking for the manager or any other. Beautiful landscape and again, super nice and friendly staff.

Me devolvieron mi auto con detalles de raspaduras. También alguien intento quitarle la tolva de la parte delantera y yo sin darme cuenta al poner en marcha el auto, la pieza se fue raspando con el piso dañándola por completo. Tras los hechos, negaron que algo pudo ocurrir dentro del estacionamiento de la hacienda. Pero al no contar con cámaras de seguridad, y un muro de 1 metro, me hizo estar completamente seguro que se vandalizo mi auto dentro de su estacionamiento.

Deberian ampliar las opciones del menú de comidas

Excelente lugar para estar en pareja, cerca de Mérida y lo mejor fue la bienvenida de Sandy, José y Eliseo
