One of the male front desk personnel was very rude.

The entire property had a horrible smell all throughout. The lobby all the way up to my room and in my room. Luckily I had a room spray in my car because I sell them and I used half a bottle trying to get the Funky smell out of my room. I had asked the lady what the latest checkout was and she said noon. I didn’t check in until almost 10 PM at night. The maid was knocking on my door at 8 AM and then twice more while I was working. I felt very rushed and was super annoyed. They were trying to kick me out at 11 AM when I had another hour.

The rooms were clean. The staff were nice and helped with anything you needed.

The pool was dirty. The elevator broke down but was fixed within an hour. The beds are too high off the ground. The air vents are aimed straight at the beds, so every time the air goes on, it hits you in the face. The place is best for a business trip, not leisure.
