Holiday Inn Express & Suites Omaha - 120th and Maple by IHG

The central location was what we considered when by making reservations.

Check in was great. Room was very comfortable for family

Overall, it was great! The only thing that I didn’t like was that the floors in our room were very dirty.

Room was clean, comfy and quiet. The staff was amazing! Breakfast options were ok. We would have liked a 2nd chair in the room for visitors as the only place to sit besides the beds, was a single office chair.

Great sized rooms, very clean, beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good, good variety of things to choose. Pool was being repainted and Expedia didn't let us know that we wouldn't be able to use it. Also Expedia didn't tell us there was an additional fee when checking into the hotel. I wouldn't book through Expedia again.

The staff was very courteous and professional

The housekeeping staff was the friendliest I've ever met. I was sick for the first few days there and the gave y extra tissues and ib really appreciated that. Weekdays you can get an early check-in if you're room is available and mine was on a Thursday. Weekends it looks unlikely you can get an early check-in, YMMV. There is a Carver's next door and extra food optional a short distance away and the breakfast there is actually pretty good.
