Holiday Inn Express & Suites Omaha - 120th and Maple by IHG

All online says has pool hot tub and is working called to make sure and said yes got there after $140 for one night , no hot tub and the pool was down for repair I asked to cancel my reservation, said no and wouldn’t give refund, the room was very nice but only really wanted and paid for was pool/hot tub not at all satisfied and would really not recommend… would like a refund please

One of the reasons I booked this hotel because it looked like it had a really nice pool and I was bringing my grandkids with me. As soon as we entered, there was a big sign that the pool was not available due to repairs. They were so disappointed. I paid for the room in advance through the Hotels.com app, so there was no compensation for our loss.

Breakfast options was great, however the pool was closed and I was not notified and the website did not let anyone know-I asked for a discount or a free stay(brought 4 kids with me) and was advised the state had us shut it down so nothing can be done. There was a lot of other families staying during the same time with kids so a call or a website update would have helped and has us go elsewhere.

Room was exceptionally clean. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Only downside was pool was closed.

The staff at the property was more than accommodating for our stay. The property itself is older and has been remodeled but it isn't the cleanest.

Because it is not located near a freeway, it is much quieter. I really like that they provide both firm and soft pillows and the pillow cases are even labeled "soft" or "firm"!

Although we had a difficult time finding the place, we had been there once before and found it to be better than four years ago. Maybe some new improvement done in the rooms with showers enclosed with glass doors. I liked the lower pressure shower to reduce the water usage.
