Great quiet property conveniently located. Staff is great and always welcoming

Went here because of snowstorm. There wasnt any snowremoval. Evevator was down. Ice machine on our floor didnt work. It looked like front desk workers parked under front dropoff canopy blocking area for guests. Vlinds in room dont work. Electric. I usually dont put a review good or bad. But this needs to be addreased. Breakfast ok. Bed ok.

There was an overwhelming smell of chlorine and something unpleasant when you first walk in. Noticeable throughout the building. Hot breakfast available.

Older woman who works day shift is rude to customers and staff. Got to the hotel at 1pm and she barked at me “Check in isn’t until 3!” She begrudgingly looked to see if my room was ready (or acted like she was checking) and said it wasn’t ready yet. The next morning when I was checking out, she was barking at the employees. Room itself was fine. Only complaint was the shower wall had hair on it and the shower faucet was dirty so I’m guessing it wasn’t cleaned between guests.

The computer system was down when I was checking in. The staff were working on it with the corporate office. Although it took about an hour to resolve, the staff were very professional and accommodating. The pool was a bit small and the hot tub was not working (and was covered up). The room was nice, and there was plenty of free parking.

The heck I’m was easy. The breakfast was a hit breakfast was a full breakfast with eggs, sausage, and pancakes.

Great place. Easy access. Full breakfast - clean and quiet stay. Loved it and will definitely be on the lookout for another Holiday Inn Express!!
