Airport shuttle was so convenient! Friendly staff, clean, new, good deal, good location (close to the city and the airport - Indy is relatively small)

The walk-in shower in tight. Other than that everything was very good!!

"Hotel Punches Way Above Its Weight In Service"

I'm not going to lie, I stayed here because it was one of the cheapest hotels I could find on a weekend the town the wedding I was going to was in was inundated with football fans. So I expected a commensurate level of quality and service (and noisy football fans). Well! Let me tell you! 11/10 stars on everything! Starting with Monica at the front sending me the shuttle and telling me how to get to it from inside the airport, to the restaurant being open for people with late flights and late check ins, to the amazing bed that didn't freeze my butt off like so many do, everything was perfect. The entire staff, with Monica heading up the impression, treated me with unparalleled kindness. And it was super quiet, too!

My stay at the Hyatt was overall great. the staff were incredibly friendly, the breakfast was good enough and the environment was very neat. i was attending a conference at a nearby hotel and their shuttle was available to take me and my coworkers there.

Essentials like a bottle of water could have been kept for guests.

"Pleasant surprise"

We have stayed at airport hotels before to simply have a place to sleep before a flight. Often, the facilities are tired and dated and the staff seem disinterested in making a stay anything more than a stopover. The Hyatt Place Indy Airport, however, was definitely a pleasant surprise. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The room was very clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Our flight was at 6 am so leaving at 4:00 we expected no breakfast, however, we were very surprised to find lots of grab and go, fresh options. Overall, we had a very short, but excellent stay. Will definitely return when flying from Indy. Thanks Hyatt Place!
