La comida, no hay variedad en el bufete y en el restaurant de mariscos igualmente la comida fea y sin variedad y en el restaurante italiano un relajo para reservar cuando deberían de pasar todos los huéspedes todos pagamos por el todo incluído, además que la que te reserva es una grosera, pésima actitud aunque debo resaltar que del personal la señorita Mayra y el mesero Juan excelentes personas y actitudes.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful hotel. To start with, all the rooms as well as the whole hotel were recently renovated and it is really nice. The beds are super comfortable as are the pillows and the linens. The Beach is exceptional here and we were in the water for hours every day. They also have a beautiful pool which we enjoyed as well. We had dinner every night at the Italian restaurant and the lasagna is the best I have ever had. In the morning they make eggs and omelettes to order at the buffet. They also have the best French toast I ever had. People were very kind here, I have to give a shout out to some of the great employees at this hotel. Julio Cesar and Jesus at the front desk took good care of us. Lillian, who is the maître D at the Italian restaurant was great. We really liked the waiter named Tomas. I don’t remember the name of our housekeeper, but she was terrific. Miga make great eggs in the morning and was always smiling and super nice. The hotel is located in a gated and very upscale gated community called Brisas Guitarron. As far as Acapulco goes, it was incredible and very beautiful with warm water and clear seas. It has been on my bucket list forever and I was so happy to finally get to go here. People in the US are generally scared of Acapulco, but when I told people that we were traveling there, everybody’s eyes lit up. I never felt unsafe and we went to much of Acapulco. The cliff divers were amazing, having lunch at the flamingo hotel was great, going to the fort was so cool. We loved the chapel of peace. I can go on and on. Acapulco is in the middle of a Renaissance as much of it was destroyed during hurricane Otis, which was horrible. Because so much of it was destroyed, the hotels, restaurants and shopping as well as sidewalks and infrastructure are either renovated or in the process of being renovated. The people of Acapulco are so resilient and kind. Even the airport is new and super nice, much easier to fly in and out of then other places in Mexico like Cancun. I guess that covers about all the bases but this hotel as well as Acapulco in general just blew my mind. We are hoping to come back in February.
