The staff were amazing and the Hotel was lovely and more than met our needs. We came from Canada and were the only English speaking folks there however we managed quite nicely. Folks went out of their way to make us comfortable and we had people step in to help us with translation when required. My husband has a dairy allergy and the kitchen went out of their way to even make food when there were some limitations on the buffet. The food was wonderful as well. We will definitly go back. It was so relaxing.

La atención del personal es muy buena, todos fueron muy atentos y amables. La playa está increíble, parece alberca y el agua es muy clara y limpia.

Que no tienen servicio a la habitación, y como es muy grande y hay mucha gente, los elevadores se llenan mucho y tardan mucho.

Un lugar bien ubicado en Acapulco, cuenta con instalaciones necesarias para disfrutar ampliamente del lugar. La habitación es amplia y cómoda, con todos los recursos necesarios disponibles. Una bonita vista. Tiene una piscina amplia y con excelente limpieza. Una playa privada con sillas de asolear disponibles. Te ofrecen las toallas de playa. Los restaurantes son variados y amplios según el gusto y/o preferencia.

Si bien están en mantenimiento, es importante contar con un segundo ascensor para acceder al lobby y los sitios comunes. De igual manera, disponer de una escalera (está en reparación)
