La atención del personal en recepción, botones, meseros y bartender fue excelente. Y las instalaciones limpias y cómodas. La comida es rica.

El policía de playa fue grosero. Había una boda y aunque nos alejamos nos seguía corriendo. Pagamos por estar ahí es injusto que te obliguen a irte cuando ni siquiera había empezado la boda. Y además hay formas de pedirlo la más raro es que a las familias o a los hombres les hablaba con respeto, pero nosotras que éramos 3 mujeres nos empezó a tratar de una forma muy agresiva, realmente nos incomodó y cuando ingresamos nos siguió a la alberca parte decirnos que ya nos fuéramos por qué en media hora le ponían los químicos a la alberca pero de nuevo en tono grosero. Cabe señalar que la alberca aún estaba llena y a nadie más se le pedía que se saliera.

La ubicación es excelente. La playa limpia y el personal amable

La distribución de los las habitaciones, bastante complejo el acceder a playa/alberca o restaurantes. No hay baño en la playa ni snacks aunque.si hay bar. La saturacion de los restaurantes y muy poca variedad de alimentos sobre todo en la cena.
