Todo estaba limpio, buen desayuno y amabilidad en el restaurante

Las personas de la recepción fueron muy desatentas . Yo no hablaba inglés, escribí en el traductor, y no logré hacerme entender, por lo que me cobraron doble reserva….. muchos días más tarde me di cuenta que si me la reintegraron.

"Ein schönes Hotel, gäbe es da nicht ein Problem mit den Klimaanlagen auf den Zimmern"

Sehr großes, sauberes Zimmer und Bad. Bequeme Betten. Sitzecke mit großem TV. Nähe zu Flughafen, Shopping malls und Restaurants. Einfacher check in und out. Freundliches Personal.

Extrem laute veraltete Klimaanlage beeinträchtige den Schlaf massiv. Problem ist lt. Rezeption bekannt. Geräte (auch in anderen Zimmern) sollen irgendwann getauscht werden.
