Clean, comfortable and pretty quiet

The batteries went in the tv remote early one evening and couldn’t get it charger until the following morning apparently they didn’t have a small screwdriver at front desk to open remote. Something very simple but we had no tv for that evening until after next morning.

The place was very clean, almost immaculate the service and the front desk help were great The rooms were a nice big size. Price was wonderful when we had booked, but looks like the prices are going up now.

There was really nothing that we did not like about this place. We stay a lot in Calgary and this place was absolutely wonderful.

Breakfast was excellent. No pool, exercise room or in house restaurant was not a problem and probably helped keep the hotel stay cost down.

Everything , but I have not received my 200.00 deposit, for both rooms, even though they said it was returned and I would have to deal with it.

THEY Have not refunded my deposit after 3 weeks
