We loved our king hotel room,it was spacious with all the amenities we were looking for.aboslutely staying here agian

Great location, facility needs a little face-lift, but close to town with a little walk.

Could use a little updating, but great location

The location was great and room was spacious.

There is no lock on the door and also no “Do Not Disturb” sign. You enter only with a code to your room, and since you can’t lock from the inside, cleaning staff of anyone with the code can walk into your room at any time! Very dangerous and unsafe feeling, especially for a woman traveling alone.

Everything was good. No complaints.

Loved the view from our balcony of the ocean. Property and rooms need some updating.

It was directly on to the beach with a beautiful pool as well, I had a patio leading out on to the beach front. They have all these extras for free, like borrowing a bike and local coffee to use with your coffeemaker in the room. Can easily walk to the town to get food, drinks or coffee. Absolutely beautiful.

The view was wonderful. The staff pleasant and accommodating. Use of their bikes was a nice touch.

Was in disrepair. Visible dirt. Curtains. Room door was fairly dirty. Literally dark in areas. But nothing a coat of paint wouldn't solve. Lots of little things like the towel rack falling of the wall. Was woken up in the middle of the night by a fire alarm. They showed little concern that there is a button In the elevator that trips the alarm. Spent a bit of time in the parking lot until someone showed up to tell us it was safe to go back in our rooms.🫣 Had a really nice vanity and wet bar in main room. A few screws and some paint would do wonders.

Great view, nice pool. Front desk friendly and free bikes to ride on bike path. Full kitchen had limited items. No toaster, blender, can opener, towels, or lids for pots. Functional but don't expect "full" kitchen.

EXCELLENT location... ocean is just steps in front of hotel! Staff is so beautiful (friendly, service with true Aloha). If you are a Hilton or Marriott only type...you won't like it here because it is an older style.. mom/pop, family run style accomodations... which we happened to love. Rooms are older but clean and with basic amenities you need. Also, Loove that they have free bikes to ride... and the bike path is literally out back of hotel...they also have free beach chairs to use.... all the basic amenities you'll need for a great beach holiday! There's even a nice pool with waterfall... which we didn't use because we happen to love the best natural pool out front...the ocean but their pool is beautiful...clean and uncrowded for those who want this amenity. It is also walking, biking distance from eateries and cute kapaa shops all nearby. They even have oceanside massage services offered in a tented cabana out back. Would definitely stay again.

I'll note that we did opt for an inexpensive room since we wouldn't be spending much time in the room BUT... the AC was not working properly.. kept working and then seemingly not working, so at times our room was much warmer than we'd like (had to take a cool shower to cool off) and the TV in our room had speakers that are blown and cant understand what is being said... so definitely needs to be replaced asap (Room 1202). Luckily we brought a device we were able to watch our own movies on and we were so tired from our adventure filled days that we fell asleep quickly but hopefully this review helps to get these 2 lil issues fixed. We would still stay again in spite of these because the service, location, and included amenities are great.
