Awful dirty floor dirty bedding tv wouldn’t work

Hotel updated but it appears poorly maintained. Paint was peeling on all the door jambs, walls were generally dirty and rusty metal in the bathroom. Food for the morning breakfast was cleared empty by 9:00 a.m. . I asked the front desk to help and he did fill the cereal bins but did not fill the creamer or the sugar for the coffee, the bagels, or any of the other items.

Minimal towels in bathroom; Only one little bar of soap; Coffee maker in room but no coffee or cups; Candy machine didn’t work so staff had to come out and shake it so bar would fall! Overall - terrible place to stay & way overpriced!! Will never stay there again!

You tell Management a/c is not working correctly owner sends his wife to explain how ignorant we are for not directing airflow correctly, tells us everything is fine. If we want to move to 3rd floor from 1st floor no problem, To let them know if its not working, I see owner in the hall, oh sir is it working I said no its terrible ard you goung to

The carpet in the room was dirty, as was much of the hotel. The breakfast at 7am was already out of most things, and when I asked for cups from the front desk staff he was visibly irritated. I would not recommend.

Room was clean, Breakfast was to be desired, had to ask for coffee to be made, very limited on breakfast items, had to ask for forks and knifes, bowls for cereal. Would I stay again, questionable.

The staff was nice

Unclean rooms the mattresses were stained and dirty dust on seams so the mattresses were not flipped or replaced for a long time also seen 7 bedbugs and lot of dead bug skins and blood stains
