"Bei sommerlichen Temperaturen wie in den letzten Tagen war unser Aufenthalt enttäuschend."

Das Frühstück war hervorragend und liesss keine Wünsche offen. Das Zimmer (Standardzimmer) war sehr sauber und hatte sehr gute Betten.

Bei einem Fünfsterne Haus erwarte ich eine Klimaanlage als Standard. Dem war leider nicht so. Bei Aussentemperaturen von über 30° war es im Zimmer unerträglich heiss. Der Standventilator konnte auch keine Abhilfe schaffen. Wir haben sehr schlecht geschlafen. Es fehlt ein Aussenbereich mit Liegestühlen wo man sich unter Bäumen etwas erholen kann. Ein Aussenpool fehlt ebenso.

"Gutes Hotel mit kleinen Makeln"

Empfang sehr freundlich mit Sekt und feuchten Tüchern. Zum Geburtstag gab es ein Glas Champagner. Tasche mit Handtüchern für Pool war auch zur Verfügung gestellt.

Auf dem Zimmer haben wir Wasserkocher oder Kaffeemaschine vermisst, ebenso eine Klimaanlage. Für ein 5 Sterne S Hotel sollte dieses Standart sein. Die Matratze war sehr weich. Der Salzstreuer beim Frühstück war schmutzig und verstopft. Duschabtrennung war auch nicht richtig gereinigt.

"Stilvolles Hotel in ruhiger Lage"

Netter Empfang mit einem Glas Prosecco. Die stilvolle und trotzdem moderne Göttersuite war angenehm groß und verfügt über zwei Bäder. Gute Pflegeprodukte. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr angenehme Frühstückszeiten-am Wochenende bis 12:00 h! Ideal für Langschläfer! Sehr gutes und gediegenes Restaurant Bacchus. Freundliches Personal. Schöner Pool. Sehr angenehme Check-out Zeit (12:00 h) Kostenloser Parkplatz.

Das Zimmer heizt sich enorm auf und verfügt leider über keine Klimaanlage! Wenn man das erste Mal zu Gast ist, ist die Zufahrt zum Hoteleingang etwas unübersichtlich. Barrierefreier Zugang zur Göttersuite war etwas umständlich. Es war keine Garderobe im Zimmer vorhanden. Die Wassertemperatur in der Dusche schwankte leider enorm! Die Balkone hätten sauberer sein dürfen, es war überall viel Blütenstaub zu finden. Die Brötchen und Teilchen waren für unseren Geschmack zu trocken. Auch wären Pfannkuchen zum Frühstück ganz schön. Andere 5* Hotels bieten ein Valet-Parking an, dies konnten wir hier bedauerlicherweise nicht feststellen.

"Heerlijke kamer in prachtig hotel"

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad; mooie comfortabele kamer, prima ontbijt, zwembad met genoeg ligstoelen en keuze uit 3 restaurants. Omgeving is prachtig en er is genoeg te doen.

Kamer was groot, alleen vrij donker doordat het maar een bescheiden raam had.
