"Kein 5 Sterne Haus!"

Das Frühstück am Sonntag bis 12 Uhr und die Pool/Saune bis 22 Uhr!

Nach dem Einchecken sind wir zum Pool. Wir bestellten zwei Aperol-Spritz für 11€. Dieser war so dünn und geschmacklos, dass wir auf weitere Cocktails im Hotel verzichteten. Nachdem wir ein Welcome-Secco erhalten haben, wollte der Hotelchef sich vorstellen. Man kann es abkürzen. Er kann es nicht. Weiter hatten wir im Vorfeld einen Tisch in der Scheune gebucht. Bekommen haben wir einen Tisch am zugigen Ein/Ausgang. Dieser war eigentlich aber nur eine Balkontür, was manchen Gästen Probleme bereitete und wir im Kalten saßen. Außerdem musste der Service für alles an unseren Tisch vorbei. Das bestellte Rindercarpacio war auf einem dunklen Teller und wirkte unschön. Der Service war bemüht. Wir haben nach diesem Erlebnis keine weiteren Speisen im Hotel eingenommen. Bestellte Rose für den Geburtstag meiner Frau wurde zugesagt, nie geliefert, auch keine Entschuldigung. An der Rezeption bestellte Kaffeekapseln wurden zugesagt, nie geliefert. Minibar nicht aufgefüllt usw usw. Diesem Hotel fehlt Führung. Diese Hotel will 5 Sterne habe, mit 3 Sternen wäre sie noch überfordert. Wir werden diese Hotel sicher nicht mehr besuchen.

"Schönes verlängertes Wochenende"

Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits am Berg mit schöner Aussicht. Ohne Auto etwas schwierig von dort weg zu kommen, es sei denn man ist gut zu Fuß,der Shuttle Bus war gerade am Wochenende nicht immer zur Verfügung. Frühstück war gut, alles da was man brauchte. Unser Zimmer war sauber und geräumig ( Classic). Personal alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr schöner Spabereich, schöne Außenanlage.

Victors Scheune, unsere Beschwerde haben wir direkt weitergeleitet. Sind gespannt ob wir ein Feedback vom Hotel bekommen.
