Location was great and site was pretty

Way too overpriced. Stayed at multiple sites along the great ocean road, this was the most expensive but least comfortable - no toiletries, one pillow, shared bathroom between loads of people. Not the experience paid for or advertised

The views are absolutely exceptional! There are great outdoor areas with benches where you can enjoy your meals while looking at the ocean. The farm animals, like the cows and alpacas, were a very cute and unique touch to the stay. We also appreciated that the shared toilets were kept very clean, and the communal kitchen was well-stocked with all the cookware we needed.

The property is definitely aged and the amenities are quite basic/average. It’s an older setup that’s showing its age, so it might not be for everyone if you're looking for something modern, but it was reasonable.

The location of the property is 10/10

The room was not worth the price and didn’t have any facilities inside. Was an extremely congested room with nothing but small beds. There was no room for two people to stand together inside the room.

The place was absolutely filthy, covered in dust and dead flies everywhere, including common areas and the bedroom I was coughing all night from the dust in our room It was absolutely freezing - although the room had a small plug in radiator which we kept on all night, we were still damp and cold throughout the stay. Skylight in the room with no curtain which woke is early. A mosquito net on the bed was covered in dust which fell on us and we had no option but to sleep under it. Felt like a money grabbing operation overall - the common areas were not heated and offered a fire place, but only if you paid for the firewood! almost $300 for a one night stay, but no complimentary tea/coffee/condiments/toiletries etc, instead you had to buy coffee/tea for $3 a cup (compared to other historic stays close by where we paid $170 and even got biscuits with our tea/coffee, robes and all toiletries!) Bathrooms are outdoors in portacabins which isn't mentioned in the description, meaning you have to leave your room into the cold to go to the toilet. The bathroom sinks are also about 2 foot wide so you can have a line to brush your teeth because barely anyone can fit in, with the showers and toilets in the same tiny space. If you're over 5ft7", the shower will feel quite small Overall, this felt like a campsite experience with a hotel pricetag and we wouldn't recommend or stay again.
