Loved everything especially the view from our room

No toilette where the pool is just showers and changing room.

Absolutely nothing to like.

There was absolutely nothing to like in this hotel. The hotel lobby filthy with mud and dirt everywhere. The hotel is in the middle of some industrial area, and although it's on the river, it looks more like it should be on a shipyard dock. If that wasn't bad enough, we got into the room to find the bathroom was laden with black mould all throughout the shower! It was beyond beyond disgusting. When we asked for a new room one without black mould, we were told "They're all probably like that". And at it just went further downhill from there. The woman at the front desk was surly, nasty and outright lied to us. After viewing seven rooms yes SEVEN! We finally found a room that was almost free of black mould in the bathroom. Before we could even view these rooms.However, we were told there were no more rooms available with a river view. So even though I had paid for that, we would have to get one that faced the noisy parking lot full of big trucks. I commented that the parking lot would be much too noisy and that we were looking for a nice quiet place to stay while visiting our relative who was not skiing well in the hospital. She then said and I quote "This is a busy hotel, and it is always noisy". When I looked back on Booking, it up and it stated there were still FOUR rooms available worth a river view. Despite this, she told us that they aren't available because they were waiting for people to check in. So I asked, what would happen then if I booked one that says it is available? She just stared at me. As this was happening.at the front desk, another guest came down with his dinner in hand saying that he tried to use the microwave, and he AGAIN blew the breaker trying to heat his dinner. She had to let the guest use the microwave in the office and told him not to use the one in his room! I stood there stunned, and at that this point I had met, she had brought me to tears for the second time.

Clean, friendly staff and has a restaurant with amazing food

Very friendly staff , the room were very clean and the food was really good as usual . the view of the river was so beautiful.
