There was a noise at 12 midnight and someone knocking on our door at 2:00am

Staff was great. The restaurant was really good with great service and food. Pool was warm and clean

The beds in our room were terrible. They need replacing, you could feel all the springs.

Location was great for what we needed. Breakfast was okay. The restaurant was good and the food was excellent. View on the outside terrace was beautiful.

Bathroom floor was retiled but it was not done underneath the toilet and so the toilet was wobbly (not secured all the way).

I booked the hotel mainly because it had a pool and 2 of my kids were really excited about that!

The beds were not comfortable at all, the room size was unbelievably small, given they had two queen beds in there, I barely had enough room to set up my playpen for my baby to sleep in, which has to be put almost directly in from of the main door and bathroom door. Then my son went in the bathroom that morning and came out and told me there were ants all over there swimming clothes and the tub. The breakfast wasn't that great either to be honest. For the price I paid, I expected way more.

Great pool and the front desk attendant was exceptionally helpful
