"Small getaway."

Spa worked. The pool was good. The view was great. Location fantastic. The price is low for the San Fran area.

They need to fix the outside. It looks run-down. Also, they need to fix the elevator.

"Comfy but wifi needs serious work"

Spacious room. peek view of ocean. Help from Victoria

Room wifi was horrid. This was my 4th stay here and 1st with wifi problems. I responded to the welcome text right away that asked to be notified of issues and never got a response during my 5 night visit. I got back too late that day to request help. The next morning, I used my phone walking down the hall to see where I got a better wifi signal. I asked at the front desk if I could get a signal booster or switch to a higher numbered room based on my research vs mine near the elevator. Lynn only said wifi was bad all over the hotel, there were no boosters, and all the 'rooms in my class' were full and I could check the next day. the next day, I spoke to Victoria, who asked if I would be ok with 2 queens instead of 1 king. When I agreed, she quickly found a room on my floor in the number range I had requested, gave me a key for the new room so I could easily move down the hall without having to wait til later in the day, and put a note in my november reservation to try to ensure I got a higher numbered room next time.

Location was about it. Housekeeping and staff were nice enough.

The place is falling apart. I’m surprised they haven’t condemned it. Even the elevator went out, we were on the 4 th floor . Was down there for surgery for my hubby he was not to exert himself 4 floors of stairs ugh!
