The property is in a decent location.

Old and needs updating. We couldn’t find the place at first because the sign is missing. The remote in the room was sticky- and the floor in the bathroom was dirty.

Location

Front desk people need some training with customer service ,no smile and lack the attention of customer concern. Just not friendly! The hotel looks run down. I understand it's on the water and the water does damage but need some serouis repairs. Ceanliness of outside was below a five, luckily the rooms were clean. I would not consider staying there again. Was told we were getting sky line view on 4th floor but in stead recieved 3rd floor with view of building top.

The room was ok and certainly a good size, though it was a Jr. Suite. The bed was ok, but not great and certainly not up to the typical standards of a Wyndham Hotel.

The hotel is in desperate need of a remodel and upgrade. The carpet in the hallways is very old, faded and wrinkled, a large portion of the hotel is blocked off because the building and rooms are crumbling. The wallpaper in the hallways is coming away from the windows. The pillows in the room were old and bumpy.
