"Très décevant, hôtel pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles"

On se demande comment cet établissement peut se targuer de 4 étoiles… Il a au mieux le niveau d’un 2 étoiles (sauf le prix) Seul intérêt : la piscine sur le toit mais uniquement s’il n’y a pas trop de monde (car les enfants sont autorisés ce qui peut très vite devenir pénible).

Rien ne va dans cet hôtel ! - la décoration et le mobilier sont vieillots et n’ont pas été rénovés depuis les années 80 - la chambre est étroite et peu pratique : une seule prise de courant, absence de machine à café, climatisation incontrôlable et peu efficace - la salle de bain est vieillotte avec une baignoire étroite et glissante, une poubelle cassée et des serviettes qui ne sont pas remplacées - le petit déjeuner est assez insipide et propose principalement des plats industriels de piètre qualité - certains espaces sont sales (exemple : des résidus de nourriture sont restés plusieurs jours dans l’escalier qui mène au roof top) - l’emplacement n’est pas idéal : il faut marcher un bon quart d’heure avant d’arriver à la vieille ville et l’hôtel se trouve au-dessus d’une gare routière ce qui n’est pas très glamour - le personnel est gentil mais quand nous avons eu besoin d’eux (problème de porte bloquée), nous avons dû attendre 15 mn et les rappeler (alors que nous étions pressés…)
