La ubicacion

La piscina estaba cerrada porque aún no era verano. Debeis aclararlo de alguna forma en las página web o en Booking. El lavabo del baño estaba estancado

The hotel is located literally right next to the main bus station, which is perfect for travelers arriving late in the evening like we did. The location is excellent — the old town and the beach are both about 1 km away, so everything is easily reachable on foot. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We also really appreciated the blackout curtains in the room, which allowed us to sleep longer in the morning without sunlight disturbing us. The room included personal hygiene amenities, and we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent safe available in the room as well. We really enjoyed our time here and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tarragona. 😊

As a small downside, there were not enough power outlets in the room, and none of them were located next to the bed, which made charging our phones a bit inconvenient. The bed could also be more comfortable and of better quality.

Es un alojamiento perfecto, impoluto en todos los aspectos. Personal magnífico. Instalaciones super limpias y un diseño muy cuidado. Camas cómodas, con dos almohadas para cada uno. Un baño amplio y una habitación amplia.

Por poner un pero, hice una petición de tener antes la habitación y hasta las 15 no fue posible.

Encontré la habitación desordenada, me cambiaron de habitación, no había room service, la TV no funcionaba, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, las recepcionistas no dieron solución a ninguno de mis problemas.
