La limpieza en general de todo baños , restaurantes , habitaciones , y los espacios comunes estaba en buenas condiciones , la comida muy rica y en buenas condiciones , las bebidas también fueron ricas y el personal en general muy atento .

No me gustó que el personal de limpieza una vez que terminó su limpieza volvió a entrar después sin nuestro conocimiento y sin preguntar, eso sí causó incomodidad.

Piscinas incríveis e um atendimento super amável. A comida era muita variada e com acessibilidades óptimas inclusive à praia.

Nunca havia espreguiçadeiras disponíveis de manhã. Todas reservadas com apenas toalhas em cima e os funcionários nada faziam. Ao chegarmos o check in é desastroso. Se chegarmos antes das 13h30, que foi o nosso caso, dão uma pulseira temporária e depois temos que voltar para uma nova pulseira e tudo mal organizado. As toalhas também temos que preencher um papel todos os dias - não faz sentido.

Todo muy bien y perfecto para ir en familia, nuestra habitacion perfecta y muy comoda, comida variada y rica, el restaurante de especialidades que esta en el muelle fue lo mejor que cenamos en toda nuestra intancia y la atencion exelente pero en general todo rico

Falta comunicacion del personal hacia el huesped, literal llegas te medio orientan asi donde queda tu avitacion y eso es todo, teniamos que estar buscando por nuestra cuenta todos los lugares de las intalaciones, porque ni el personal al que nosotros preguntavamos donde estaba tal lugat sabian bien las ubicaciones de esta ni los horarios
