Vila Gale Estoril Hotel

The property is dated, an 80s throwback. It needs complete updating and re-design for a 4-star hotel. There is a nightclub across the road pumping out music until late towards the weekend, a tired basement gym, limited sun loungers, no actual balconies (just bay windows) and basic restaurants / bar. It is clean, the rooms are a decent size and the beds comfortable but I expect this from simpler, cheaper establishments.

Staff extremely friendly. Good dining options. Underground parking onsite was great. Rooms a little dated but clean and functional

Probably the most helpful and friendly people we have seen in a hotel. Room comfortable, breakfast awesome, great pizza in restaurant and very close to the beach and boardwalk to Cascais. Perefct for a few days!

Hotel area and Cleanness

This property has the best views to the pool and ocean. Everything was great. Check in was a breeze. Person at check in was such a pleasure to deal with. Very friendly and checked us in super fast. Even checked us in early. Every request that was asked of the staff was taken care of very promptly. Breakfast was delicious. Check out was a breeze. All of the staff was very friendly. Hotel is very clean. Never had a problem with noise and my room was by the elevator. If I had to say one negative thing is that room service and bar service at the pool was a bit slow. But, I can't really complain because I know most hotels and restaurants all over the world are understaffed for some reason. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to everyone.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The only major problem was there was no iron in the rooms. We had to send our clothes out for fee to get pressed.
