Honestly one of the best hotels in Chennai. I have stayed in quite a few other high end hotels in Chennai and this is truly great. Great spread of breakfast, beds were very comfortable. It’s in a great location if you’re in Chennai for shopping. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Good responsive, caring and empowered staff. Good food at Jai Hind.

Need to not only prepare rooms well in time but also ensuring its readiness to occupy prior to handover. Avoid disappointment by setting expectations mentioning items that are chargeable in the room clearly and next to them.
