Very attention, warm and friendly service from front desk, F&B to room service....including the guards, everyone. The welcome gestures, complimentary items are all appreciated. Three additional gestures earned my further appreciation: 1) the 2 hours complimentary early check-in 2) request for luggage weighing machine delivered to room within 3 minutes of my call to front desk and likewise its collection upon my call again. 3) their offer to prepare breakfast pack otg since i was checking out qt 4.00am to catch my flight. They even provided options to select what i preferred. Will surely come again - GRT is exceptional.

Costly airport transfer. And buy-one-free-one lunch buffet offer not extendable to non stay-in guests. So i couldnt pair it with my associate who was visiting me at the hotel during lunch.

The hospitality of the staffs. They were all very welcoming and make sure our needs are satisfied. They decorated our room for Anniversary and also a cake. Breakfast spread was fantastic

Breakfast as well as house keeping services were good.

The Air conditioning is ineffective in some parts of the bed room. This could be improved by providing a ceiling fan or pedestal fan to circulate the sir.
