Maron Hotel & Suites

My room was given to another person prior to my arrival. I had to find another hotel room late in the evening, which cost me an additional amount of money. There was no explanation.

Location was easy to get to however it is difficult to get on I84 eastbound from this hotel

Difficult check-in-overbooked Property starting to look a bit run down Noisy at night No hot water for shower Tissues in room ran out almost immediately

Great difficulty understanding the front desk person at Check-in. We were on front side of building close to the road -- had a lot of traffic noise.

There isn’t the breakfast that was expected. It seems I got what I paid for.

1st room was very dirty...mud and dirt on carpet. 2nd room was a little cleaner...but carpet not really clean. Toothpaste on bathroom counter. Old food on desk. Drippy stuff around trash can. And hot water for shower was barely warm. Other family members stayed as well, and no one had hot water. Check in was slow, only clerk on duty said he had work on his phone and we had to wait 20 min in the lobby for him to finish his phone business. Continental breakfast was listed on site, but he says they no longer do that, and it should be removed as an ammenity..No ice in the icemaker. One sheet on top of bed, no blanket or coverlet.

Size of the room. Had no hot water lukewarm.

Luke warm water. No heat in room. No television remotes. When asking the front desk, they were nice, explained it was a building issue with the boilers. Positive parts were large room with high ceiling, Clean. Resonable rate. Would come back again if they fixed the hot water, traveling to upstate NY, and want to avoid NY charges on lodging.

The staff was not pleasant; did not like the area; no amenities. Would NEVER stay again.
