Air conditioning was loud and didn’t work well

Helpful and friendly reception staff. Very comfortable mattress - we got a good night’s sleep. Spacious bedroom with large bed and separate lounge area. 2 large televisions, sofa, desk, Ironing facilities , ice machines, ample coffee. Clean bathroom, plenty of bright white towels. Good quality Blackout curtains helped with a good sleep after journey from U.K. Advertises breakfast potential, but not the case - I think the picture shown is of the Mall, which can be misleading. After our first impression, when I just wanted to leave, we did appreciate the second room a bit more, and we stayed the two nights we had booked.

All the entrance areas carpets could do with a vacuum, as could the lift area. First room we were sent to had not been serviced - it was 7.45 pm. Tissue on the floor, unmade bed, used towels strewn over the bathroom floor - not a good start for the first day of our holidays, after a 5 hour drive from JFK in solid traffic. The next room was much cleaner, but it overlooked the very busy motorway, and even with the windows closed, it was noisy all night. The inside window was smashed and held together with clear sticky tape. Very grubby windows. One of the bedside lamps didn’t work, and with just one lamp working, it was dim. For some reason, there was no quilt cover on the duvet - I slept on top of the bed with a tee shirt. There was a bottom sheet, a duvet, and a top sheet. I didn’t like to think who else might have slept directly on the unprotected duvet (although it did look clean).

Despite my PAID reservation, they "had no rooms free". Bookings.com got me a very good rate; guess they dont like that!

No hot water on Sunday

The lobby as we walked in was dirty, certainly, it was not vacuumed that day The room they gave us first didn’t have shower curtain, and A/C, heat unit was not working I reported it to the guy at the registration and he placed us into another room There was no blanket on the bed . Only a thin bed spread I asked for a blanket, because it was cold that night The guy at the registration told me that’s how the room was, no blanket. I told him the other room has a blanket, he said some room has blanket, some doesn’t, it could not be changed I said that didn’t make sense Later, he brought the blanket to my room The next morning, we found out that there is no hot water in the whole hotel The explanation was, “I told you last night.” It’s a terrible hotel, nothing really worked Don’t stay here

I arrived at the hotel only to find out the room was given to other people. I had to wait 2 hours for a room to get ready and it wasn't even the room I paid for. I booked 3 weeks in advance and they couldn't even make sure they had a room available for me on time. they said they were fully booked and that I have to find somewhere else to stay.

Absolutely nothing. I would be ashamed to say that this hotel is in a condition to receive guests.

The rooms were not ready for check in. Room 1 was not cleaned even though it was late. Room 2 smelled bad and the air conditioning was not working. Had to change rooms. Dirty hallways and elevator. Dirty reception. Nothing was in good condition for use.

Breakfast Not provided even though the description of the hotel stated that breakfast was included.

Bed not made , towels not replaced, no hot water on Sunday for shower
