No AC, room wasn't cleaned. Had to ask for towels. No desk chair

The ac went out and the room we had was a middle unit so it was 100°in the rm. I spoke to the 1 guy and he said he couldnt do anything. My fiance said something and he wasnt happy because it was very uncomfortable. When we were leaving the 1 nice guy Kareem said to call and get a refund of the 1 night but Ive been really busy with work,but I will be calling

Location

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for three nights during our wedding weekend, and unfortunately, it was a truly horrible experience. We were moved to four different rooms due to malfunctioning AC units. Shockingly, none of the rooms were properly cleaned, and we had to wait about an hour each time to be relocated—only to find the same AC issues persisted in every room. I also shared that I am pregnant, and the staff’s only response was a generic “sorry for the inconvenience,” offering no real help or compassion. On our second night, the room temperature hit 80°F, which was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. To make matters worse, most of the staff were dismissive and rude—with the exception of Kadeem, who was the only person who treated us with kindness and professionalism. I asked multiple times to speak with the manager, but she was always “unavailable,” and it was clear the staff made no effort to connect us or even make her seem accessible. They acted as if our request for a clean, comfortable stay was an inconvenience to them. Speaking in a different language in front of guests also came across as very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Overall, I would never recommend this hotel. Honestly, you might be better off sleeping in your car—it would probably be just as comfortable and far less frustrating.

Convenient location

Room was very hot. Air did not work. Front desk not friendly. Questionable stain on bench in room and on couch.

Ample Parking Stop and Shop next door Restaurants across street.

No Hot Water in Morning. Garbage in room upon arrival. Unresponsive staff Road Noise from Highway Outdated, dirty, Low budget. No towel or sheet changes for 4 night stay. TV are small, outdated- limited channel selection, antenna quality reception. Thermostat does not go below 70.
