Third floor room, hotter than HOT 🔥 AC did next to nothing, couldn’t sleep in that heat and it made me nauseous. Room is worn out and beat, carpet not vacuumed well. Cracked window with seal flapping in the breeze. I do NOT recommend this hotel!!

There was no continental breakfast (normally just coffee, juice, bagels or pastries) available. They were having issues with air conditioning and hot water, days prior to arrival and the staff did not inform us at the time of our arrival. If we would have known, we would have cancelled our reservation but we were charged for one night.

The staff could have advised us that the air conditioning and hot water have not been working for days at the time of our arrival and given us the chance to cancel our reservation, instead of incurring a one night stay. We checked in around 6pm. That evening we advised the staff air conditioning did not seem to work, came to the room, alleged to have fixed it, knowing it has not been working. No coffee, juice, bagels or pastries for breakfast. A complete misrepresentation of the hotel.
