The receptionist at the front was pleasant and very helpful. When we got the keys to the room it was hot, the toliet was clogged and there was no shower curtain BUT once we talked to the receptionist he did his best to find us a room that had air conditioning, a functional toliet and a shower curtain.

The A/C and microwave in the room did not work. They replaced the microwave but never fixed the A/C. Luckily it was cool out in the evening. There was food left in the fridge and the tub filled with water when showering.

Everything, it was dirty, staff was unprofessional

Nothing. They double booked our rooms and upon arrivals said they dont have our rooms. I had a big group with me and we were all in an issue due to all the mishap they did. Since we were tired after a wait of 1 hour we got random rooms and not the ones we booked and had to manage, they said they will give eat ram blankets as some of us had to sleep on sofas instead of booked double beds and they gave us nothing, They also did not offer any breakfast when booking was clearly with breakfast, this was a total cheating exercise and terrible staff. This is like mugging people who travel
