The room had a bad odor and there was no hot water when I took a shower

There was no hot water from the day we arrived to the day we checked out. The first day when I complained the man at the desk checked the boiler and was able to get hot water, the next day the man at the desk was rude and aggressive when I told him we had no hot water again, no I’m sorry, no apologies for the inconvenience. He raised his voice and made me feel threatened and unsafe to say there. They should’ve told us at check in there was no hot water and I would’ve gone somewhere else.

Hotel needs to be cleaned and updated hot water did not work very well. Air conditioning did not work and had to be moved to a different room. Service was unhelpful no pool no coffee no refreshments no breakfast but it was very quiet if you need a place to stay for one night it’s OK if you need a place to stay for a long while I would not recommend this

First front door does not open automatically like the second front door does. Difficult to maneuver when you have a lot of luggage.

Nothing. It was dirty the staff didn’t even want to help you and were always playing on their phone It would take you having to speak up to them for them to even acknowledge you. The rooms were not very clean and in the 3 days we were there they never cleaned the room or gave us fresh towels. The light in the bathroom didn’t work nor did the blowdryer. We had to plug in all the light fixtures our self and every time we used our keycard the next time it wouldn’t work and we would have to go down to the desk and get it reset. It was a hassle. Would never stay there again!!!!

No air conditioning in rooms. People had their doors open. Lobby had plenty of air. No coffee in morning, had makers in room but only had decaf packets per desk clerk. Clerk not friendly at all.

Avoid this hotel. I booked through hotels.com based on their recommendation, but the room was dirty and not serviced. When I requested a new room, the thermostat was broken and it was uncomfortably hot. The pillows were flat, and the bed was poorly made. When I asked for a refund, the staff directed me to the general manager rather than helping me. This experience was unprofessional, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

False advertising. No restaurant, no internet, no espn. no a/c. Front desk services sucked!!!
