Very rundown

Property was terrible street people walking in an out the building rooms were dirty staff was sketchy and I got charged and I didn’t even check in rooms were getting broken into

Wasn't able to arrive at the hotel due to an unexpected family emergency that arose and the property refused to refund me my money.

Do not stay at the hotel. We were given a room where door was swung wide open and there was blankets and towels all over the floor with no one in the room . Then our second room consisted of soiled blankets. We had to ask for 3x blankets because all of them were soiled and had blood on them . In the one day stay the fire alarm went off about 3 times and the pool was also not working .

staff was friendly however there were too many issues with the rooms and knowing what rooms were assigned, leading to us being locked out of our room far too many times.

For the price it was it seems like what we received. There were stains on the bed, towels, and pillowcases. There seems to be mold growing in some places. Furthermore, there were roaches in both the room and breakfast. The service was of good quality and the people were really helpful and patient. For the price of $55 a night it was of average quality and exactly what we expected. Our biggest complait was just the cleanliness of the room.

We stayed on the first floor and the window was unlocked. The water in the shower was cold. There were stains on the sheets and comforter. The walls in the bathroom were dirty. The floors in the bathroom had hair and dirt from previous occupants. The air outside of the room was humid. The ice machines were out of service.

This hotel did not have the room that I booked available for me. I booked a room with 2 queen beds, but when I got there, the host said they don’t have any more available and could only offer me a room with one queen bed. I ended up leaving and stayed at another hotel that actually had the type of room I needed. Why show availability for one room when y’all don’t even have it available? I demand my money back since I didn’t even stay there!!
