They need to take more attention in the service of front desk And the beverage machine.

I was really excited for my stay until I checked in. They had our room on the third floor with my dad having an injuried leg. Which was okay until they told us the elevator was out of order so he walk up 4 flights of stairs. Once we got to the rooms we realized the doors didn't really shut all the way unless pushed against hard. There was no weather stripping around the door with a 2 inch gap at the bottom. We could hear everything that happened in the hallway. The floor in the room was duct taped together. Our bathroom door did not close. They advertised free breakfast but upon checking they state they no longer provide it and haven't for about 8 months. Long with no house keeping for a long stay we had to hunt for clean towels after a couple days of being there. There was always a really weird smell in the hallways. We had to buy air fresheners to make our stay more manageable. We ended up leaving before our stay was up to find a better place so we could sleep.

No breakfast as advertised, the walls are very thin so when people open doors sounded like mine was being opened.

The rooms were decent. The beds were comfy. The a/c and heat worked. It was close to the airport and you could walk to shops and stores.

The elevator was out of order and looked like it had been for a while. There was no breakfast even though all their websites said there would be. There was a sign that said effective August 2023, no more breakfast. Seems like plenty of time to update their website. The entire hotel smelled like smoke. For non-smokers, that’s not ideal. Even though we had a non-smoking room, it still smelled like smoke.

Elevator not working

Got to hotel at 10pm ish, asked for extra towels, front desk guy acted like it was a problem. I'm room, husband tried to take shower and no hot water, he thought maybe too many other people were using the water so I tried it the morning and still no hot water and found a bug in bathroom. What was going to be a 2 night stay we checked out about 9am the very next morning. Hoping we get a refund for the unused room. The microwave had so much rust. Won't return
