No breakfast

The floor looked clean , not having carpet was far better . Room smelled good

Lift , mention of breakfast in booking but not provided , complimentary water was not provided , had to buy it for additional charge

Small parking lot. No keycard access if you do park in the back. The elevator is out of order. There is no breakfast and there hasn’t been since 2023 but you don’t find that out until you arrive. Not sure when “happy hour” is. The bed was not a queen sized bed, it’s somewhere between a queen and a twin…maybe it was a twin xl. We almost had to sleep on top of each other.

Excellent customer service rooms are very clean

You can tell that this once was a nice hotel that is now a little run down. You can tell from the shower or imagine from the (now worn down) furniture what it must have been like before guests started abusing and damaging. For the price, it's fine.
