No gluten free baked goods, there was no non- dairy option for the coffee. There were no napkins either. No one at the desk for checking or checkout.

Room was clean and comfortable but we had virtually no hot water for showers in the morning. Breakfast was also virtually non-existent. Water was leaking through the hallway ceilings. But the coffee was good.

While check in was easy and staff was nice, the hotel smells musty like smoke and the room has very strong cleaner odor. When looking over the room, we noticed the bed sheet is ripped, toilet not cleaned well, sink has little hair clippings around the faucet. Overall not happy

"Clean but Sparse. Over priced for what you get."

Hotel is older. No refrigerator in room, which every hotel we usually stay in has one. Breakfast room was locked and there was no place to sit and eat. There were lovely picnic benches outside, however it was cold and rainy w/strong which, so that was not an option. Breakfast in the morning was very sparse. They had a coffee machine and not much else., so I wouldn’t even call it breakfast. The room was a good size. appeared clean and you could smell the bleach on the linen. There was a full size mirror behind the beds, which made you feel you were on an episode of criminal minds w/a 2 way mirror. The mirrors were very clean w/out dust or smudge marks. The lights over the bed did not work. One flickered and the other just wouldn’t light. We couldn’t be bothered to change rooms cause we were just gonna sleep and not hang out in-the room. Didn’t feel like repacking our stuff. The staff was friendly and again the hotel was clean. As the accommodation s were so sparse, I would have thought the price of the hotel would have been more economic. Would have to think twice before staying at this chain again. Stayed at nicer hotels w/better accommodations.
