The reception area was really nice, communal area was very pleasant and the pool area was nice and peaceful.

The corridor to get to the room on floor 3 had cat faeces and was very smelly, our room appeared dirty, fridge smelt of garlic and bottom of fridge was rusty. On arrival balcony door was closed but 2 cats on balcony trying to get in to room so had to keep balcony door closed as daughter has cat allergies. Spent little time in room for this reason. Beds comfortable. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Dinning area was not nice. Felt like a hostel rather than a hotel. Food was pleasant just the area wasn’t up to srtandard

Location. Breakfast is ok.

Not a friendly place to stay. Nobody was helpful we asked to move rooms as construction and workers woke us up early daily and my girlfriend was pregnant and needed rest but they didn't care. I don't usually like to leave a bad review but tried to speak to them about problems and they don't care. Beds are awful too. We actually stayed on sofa bed as they don't do doubles.
