Sol Sun Beach Apartamentos

Lo staff eccezionale, tutti gentilissimi. La colazione e la cena sono di ottima qualità, da 4 stelle, non da 3 stelle. Cibo molto vario e di buona qualità. La paella è eccezionale. Ringrazio in particolar modo Raul e Alejandro del servizio ristorazione che sono due persone eccezionali: gentilissimi, pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in den Sun Sol Beach Apartamentos in Teneriffa. Die Lage ist perfekt, nur wenige Schritte vom Strand, zahlreichen Restaurants und Supermärkten entfernt. Unser Apartment war sauber, sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das erste Apartment lag leider direkt neben einem Restaurant, das abends etwas laut war. Das Personal an der Rezeption war jedoch unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, und bereits zwei Tage später konnten wir in ein neues Apartment umziehen – vielen Dank dafür! Ein besonderes Highlight war das Abendessen, das uns völlig positiv überrascht hat. Wir sind recht sensibel bei Lebensmitteln (laktose- und glutenintolerant), aber jeden Tag gab es gesunde und unglaublich leckere Optionen. Die Auswahl war sehr vielfältig – von Fisch über Fleisch bis zu Salaten und Pasta – und auch unser 5-jähriger Sohn war begeistert. Das Restaurantpersonal, besonders der Manager Raul, war jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem war es für uns eine rundum positive Überraschung, und wir können die Sun Sol Beach Apartamentos uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Pool war ein bisschen zu Kalt für kleine Kinder (Februar 2026)

After we complained about our first room, we got a room with a large terrace by the pool, which was nice. Location also good. Pool area clean and nice.

First room had non functional AC, terribly uncomfortable beds, terrace was facing street with garbage dumpsters where glass is disposed (very disturbing noises) and large trucks offload products. Bedroom window opened into a hallway that was really echo-y and loud. Second room had a really bad smell (sewage smell) problem in the bathroom (staff managed it by pouring something down the drains regularly). The rooms need a deep cleaning and/or renovation, rooms were really outdated for the price you pay and they look like they haven’t been deep cleaned in a long time. Hotel staff is nice when you ask for something but could be friendlier first hand. Breakfast was super basic, nothing special and always the same things offered every day.
