Sol Sun Beach Apartamentos

Very nice hotel, great atmosphere and cleaning standard was high. Amazing swimming pool with lovely view. Good food and great location.

Breakfast was good in general but I would like to see more Spanish food there not only English breakfast.

Very nice and clean

The apartment itself was clean, modern and spacious. The reception and services(lockers, washing machines and seating) were beautiful.

The corridor areas were dark and inviting. While breakfast was fine the dining area was like a canteen in a school. It was soul less and quite congested. The utensils in the apartment were very limited - no bowls at all, no sponge or washing up liquid to clean tables and crockery and no filter for coffee machine.

Þetta er ekki eins barnvænt og kemur fram í lýsingu. Börn mega lítið gera. 12 ára börn mega ekki einu sinni vera ein í lauginni án fullorðinna. Það er enginn barnaskemmtun og það er ekki mjög gott barnaleiksvæði. Ég myndi ekki velja þetta hótel fyrir orkurík börn sem vilja leika og hafa gaman.

Everything was perfect, staff so nice, very good food, rooms are very clean, very calm hotel and ocean only few steps form hotel. Amazing places for me.

Complained twice about a terrible smell in one of our bathrooms, on 2 occasions we found cockroaches in this same bathroom, complained to staff who said it was to do with the climate and wind direction, they came and sprayed but this did not fix the problem. I explained it was only in one bathroom, so I do feel there was something in that shore that needed investigating. I wasn't offered to change room as the hotel was full, or so I was told.. The people next door confirmed there was no smell in either of their bathrooms. For the comfort of the next customers, I would advise a thorough investigation into this room B4-11. I don't like leaving this negative review as everything else was excellent and this one issue was my only complaint but a major one, I have never experienced cockroaches in my room anywhere else I have stayed in tenerife.
