Elevator was out of order, but staff accommodated me due to 80% disability. Three floors and no elevator??
When we checked in we told the elevator was broke for a week and the only room left was on the 4th floor. My wife has knee issues. I booked a king bed with a shower. They gave me a room with two full size beds with a tub/shower combo. The ice machine was out on our floor and pool was closed in the morning. The lady at the front counter was nice but said she couldn’t change my room accommodations.
The Spark is a nice hotel, however the elevator has been down more than a week and the hotel fails to inform guests until after checkin. Because we booked through a third party (Hotels.com), being informed after checkin did not allow for a refund, so we had to carry large heavy luggage up the steps. While the elevator is out, the hotel should not have listed rooms available if it required climbing multiple floors. We also called the front desk and asked for extra towels and were told they'd be right up. More than an hour later, I had to call again to request the towels we never received. The hotel is nice, but I would call and inquire about the elevator before booking.
One night stay
We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the entire stay. The hotel was clean, spacious, close to great restaurants and a great price. The staff was welcoming and the breakfast was great too, enjoyed having various options to start the day off.

The towels and sheets need to be replaced. Looked very used and worn through. Room could've been cleaned better - I walked around in my socks and was glad I did when I saw the bottom of them - bed was comfortable except for the sheets and the attendant on duty was very nice/helpful. Was okay for one night during a road trip but would not stay again. I'm a Hilton member and this location was not up to the usual Hilton standard. The lobby looked like it was recently renovated but nothing else did.
