Staff was not helpful had to go another floor to get ice couldn't get tv to work i called staff no help nerver going back to that hotel ever again terrible experience
Nice, quiet, newly renovated place. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was better than many. Only concern (not a complaint) is that the bathtub was extremely slippery; it needs some texture on the bottom to prevent falls.
Room was booked a week in advance. They cancelled my reservation without calling me and lied that they tried to call. And did not have any rooms available for my family to book so we had to find another hotel.

This place, smh I stayed there on March 14-16 of 2025 Received my room key proceeded to my room Upon the arrival of the room, the room was not clean left trash in refrigerator and on side the night stand, then the breakfast is a joke. A bagel bar no big breakfast like the picture they showed. And the drinks in the front lobby for you to get was out of date. Like omg no microwave to heat up your food in your room had to go down in the lobby to heat your food. No computer station no gym.
The property is old but going thru upgrades. Our first room looked ok, but had exposed stripped wiring along the wall. After showering, water started pouring thru the ceiling. We moved rooms. Second room was good. Comfortable bedding. Breakfast is standard continental. No waffles makers.
Stayed 2 nights and wouldn't hesitate to go back
