The air conditioner was difficult to turn off. Couldn’t get a paper receipt because they ran out of paper, still waiting for it as an email

"Would not recommend this place for visitors to stay in Renton."

Had not stayed in an extended stay facility previously and I was only there for one night. Plenty of room and a full kitchen, far more than I needed for a one-night stay.

Booking.com did not make it very clear that there was a $15 parking fee; I wasn't expecting that it at all, or maybe I missed that. Does not seem justifiable. Room seemed cold no matter what I sent the thermostat to. "Good breakfast" in a place with no hot food or dining area is a considerable overstatement and a real disappointment, and not close to any restaurants. No easily accessible power outlet for a CPAP machine. No USB outlets at all that I could see.

"Nightmare!!!"

Hotel is old and run down,Weed smell along corridors, carpet worn out, sofa bed mattress springs are showing, sofa bed dirty, stains on mattresses, urine stains on toilet seat, hair underneath tissue box, cockroach crawling in living room and dead bug on toilet countertop, no dishwashing liquid or dishwasher powder provided, no hangers, vacation was a nightmare

room was great for the price. Bed was comfortable. People honored our room request and found a cart for us.

This is a suite with a kitchen. We stay at these kind of places due to food allergies. We have to cook our own food. The room contained 1 spoon, no spatula, no working fan or light above sink. Bathtub drain needs work. Bathtub faucet slips down to super hot on it's own; it needs to be tightened.
